At Teachify, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction:

Digital Products:

• Due to the nature of digital products, we offer refunds only if the product has not been downloaded or accessed within 7 days of purchase. Please contact our support team with your order details to initiate a refund.

Physical Products:

• Returns for physical products are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact our support team for a return authorization and instructions.

Subscription Services:

• For subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. However, refunds are only available within the first 14 days of the initial subscription or any renewal period.

Processing:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the request or returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
